What the role is

The Organisational Planning Department supports senior management in corporate planning processes, events and strategic resourcing.

What you will be working on

As a Assistant Manager/ Manager/ Executive Manager (OPD), your key responsibilities will include the following:

  • Plan, organise and execute corporate planning events and activities.

  • Coordinate the application process for funding proposals to ensure that NEA’s programmes are adequately resourced.

  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to prepare corporate performance reports for management reporting.

  • Perform secretariat duties to meetings and conduct research on environmental issues.

  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

What we are looking for

The job might be for you if you possess the following qualities:

  • Enjoy thinking strategically, planning and applying analytical reasoning.

  • Meticulous with strong communication skills including presentation and writing skills.

  • A self-starter and team player with the ability to work effectively across all levels and functions, from Board and Senior Management to ground officers.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.

  • Outgoing and pleasant personality.
