What the role is

You lead a team to drive information sharing and capacity building within the ASEAN Defence Ministers' Meeting (ADMM) Cybersecurity and Information Centre of Excellence (ACICE).

What you will be working on

- Lead team to drive information sharing and capacity building - Maintain oversight of the information and media landscape - Supervise the research and analysis of key information trends and threats to advise ACICE stakeholders Challenge(s) - Grasping the fast-evolving and increasingly saturated environment through making sense of research on the information domain as well as observations and data derived from monitoring the info landscape, in particular to perform forward-thinking where required - Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with partners both within and outside of the MINDEF/SAF information realm

What we are looking for

- Education in Social Sciences or Cybersecurity-related fields (Political Science, International Relations, Cyber Information Technology) or Communications related fields - At least 6 years of working experience in a related field (communications role/information domain, industry technologies) is preferred - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent writing and presentation skills so as to clearly articulate Singapore’s security interests - Problem solving skills - Ability to build collaborative relationships with partners and stakeholders - Proficiency in a vernacular language is advantageous - Strong analytical abilities - Capacity to think flexibly and innovatively Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
