We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and discreet Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to a Senior Leader. If you are resourceful, tech savvy, comfortable to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders with efficiency and professionalism, you may be the candidate we are looking for.

• Manage calendar, schedule and appointments • Coordinate travel arrangements including official overseas trip and security protocols • Prepare materials for meetings, ensuring all relevant information and supporting documents are well-organised and readily accessible. • Manage emails, phone calls and other forms of communication • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for engagement activities, including social media content • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity • Perform any other related duties as and when required.

Job requirement: • Possess tertiary qualifications in any discipline • At least 5 years of experience as Personal Assistant to Senior Leader • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Strong organisational and time-management skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Good verbal and written communication skills • High degree of professionalism and discretion Competencies Required: • Multiple stakeholder management • Logistics management • Sound judgement
