What the role is
What you will be working on
Your key duties and responsibilites include:
- Supervising and coaching staff to foster excellence, innovation, and improved competencies
- Manage and supervise outsourced contractors, ensuring quality and compliance
- Develop and execute proactive enforcement strategies and initiatives to enhance compliance.
- Leverage data analytics and statistics to identify, track and monitor cases.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
- Handle enquiries, feedback and appeals arising from enforcement actions within service standards.
- Provide support in law enforcement-related tasks, where applicable.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
What we are looking for
- Minimum 5 years working experience, preferably in the area of enforcement, contractor management and supervision.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills
- Strong organisational and administrative capabilities Well organized, resourceful, and meticulous
- Be able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work well with a wide range of stakeholders
- Good command of written and spoken English Language
