What the role is
What you will be working on
Assist the Manager to implement the maintenance programmes and development projects for infrastructure and services in Pulau Ubin
Conduct inspection and ensure good upkeep and maintenance of the facilities and public spaces for the safety and enjoyment of visitors
Coordinate with contractors on various technical, engineering and estate management activities
Support community outreach and engagement programmes
What we are looking for
Areas of study in Facilities Management, Building Management, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or other related discipline
At least 2 years of related working experience in Facilities or Building Management
Knowledge of statutory regulations of relevant authorities e.g. URA, BCA, SCDF, PUB, NEA
Enjoy working in an outdoor environment
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with various stakeholders
Able to work in team environment and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Able to work on weekends and public holidays on roster basis
