What the role is

Assistant Manager, LTR

What you will be working on

  • Process and register legal documents for all land transactions involving private, public, commercial and industrial properties within service standards; as well as ensure the accuracy and reliability of the Land Register System

  • Assist members of the public as well as solicitors involved in the conveyancing process

  • Liaise with other ministries and agencies e.g. CPF Board, URA, LTA, JTC and HDB on land registration matters

What we are looking for

  • Background in Law or Legal studies, or at least 1 to 4 years' experience as a conveyancing secretary in a law firm

  • Good knowledge of land and conveyancing law practice and the relevant legislations, Land Titles Act, Land Titles (Strata) Act, Residential Property Act and other laws in areas such as bankruptcy, corporate, and trusts and succession

  • On-the-job training provided

  • Meticulous, able to work under pressure and keen to learn

  • Candidates with no relevant experience are welcome to apply

  • Able to perform administrative job duties
