What the role is
This project focuses on the design and development of a chatbot that helps answer queries which aims to enhance user support and self-service capabilities. The project will involve building and refining the chatbot’s knowledge base which includes analysing and categorising past queries, documentations and frequently asked questions, applying automation techniques, and evaluate the chatbot's effectiveness.
What you will be working on
Intern will gain hands-on experience in applying automation and natural language processing techniques in a practical setting.
Project Deliverables:
- Categorisation and analyses of past queries to validate chatbot performance
- Development of a prototype chatbot trained on existing user guides and FAQs
- Formulate an effective methodology to evaluate the chatbot's effectiveness
Project Duration:
5 months (Jan - May 2026)
Preferred Discipline:
Computer Science, Data Science
Opened to Pre-University / Polytechnic students as well
What we are looking for
Experience in Python programming is required
Experience with web development (e.g. Node.js, Typescript) is preferred
