What the role is
What you will be working on
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Support system enhancement projects by working with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design, Data and Operations) across the project lifecycle from gathering requirements to implementation.
- Assist in user acceptance testing, prepare test cases and documentation, and help maintain project documentation including user guides and training materials.
- Help analyse user feedback and system data to identify potential improvements, and support the team in preparing analysis reports and recommendations.
- Contribute to change management activities by helping prepare communications and training materials for updates.
- Support the monitoring of system performance and feature adoption by helping to compile data, track metrics, and prepare regular status updates.
This hands-on role offers unique exposure to business data collection for statistical purposes. You'll learn how national surveys work while gaining practical experience in improving digital systems.
What we are looking for
- Proven ability to break down complex problems and design systematic solutions
- Proven ability in analysing data to derive insights and make decisions
- Familiarity and/or hands-on experience with agile projects
- Clear communication skills
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Discipline : Undergraduates from Computer Science / Data Analytics / Data Science / Business Analytics / Statistics /Mathematics / Economics
