Responsibilities: • Provide administrative, logistical, and programming support for Sport Heritage team, including Deputy Director (DD), Assistant Director (AD) and Senior Manager. • Assist with procurement processes relating to Sport Heritage Division projects. • Assist with archiving and conserving documents, tangible items, artifacts, and data resources. • Assist with transfer and storage of artifacts and other items in Sport Heritage inventory. • Conduct and provide support on Sport Heritage tours, displays and outreach programmes and activities. • Support DD and AD in projects relating to curation, development and maintenance of exhibitions and galleries. • Coordinate and liaise with stakeholders and partners, such as Kallang Alive Sports Management (Sports Museum project), SportSG teams and vendors. • Assist with organisation of division meetings and external meetings with stakeholders and officials. • Contribute to research and writing on Sport in Singapore. • In addition to the above stated duties, the Temp shall undertake other such duties as DD, AD, and Senior Manager shall assign.

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle. In addition, you should possess the following: • Three years of working experience especially in education and/or business sector. • Familiar with GeBIZ processes, e.g. procurement. • Good writing skills. • Ability to articulate well in conversation. Analytical and reflective when necessary. • Passion in the history of sport. • Possesses intellectual curiosity and is discovery-oriented. • High energy level. • Learning & Growing mindset. The level of offer will be commensurate with applicant’s experience and track records. Successful candidates will be offered a 12-month temporary contract.
