
Water Quality Technologist (9-months contract)

What the role is
In the Water Quality Department, you will work with a team to ensure good raw water quality for water treatment.
Your main roles and responsibilities would include but not limited to:
What you will be working on
1. Collect daily water samples from the distribution network systems and water treatment plants
2. Conduct in-situ testing of surrogate water quality parameters, assess the water quality supplied to the customers and send alerts on-site for non-compliant results
3. Support water quality investigations and review of sampling programme
4. Preparation of logistics required for water sampling
5. Maintain laboratory safety and equipment
What we are looking for
1. Diploma in Science or Engineering
2. Candidates with a Class 3 or 3A driving licence are preferred
3. A good team player and comfortable to interact with customers
4. Good written and communication skills
