What the role is

Project title: Career Health Initiatives As we planned to pilot HR Kaki (AI powered chatbot) with a small group in the Enforcement Horizontal, the intern will support the content creation and writing as well as any comms collaterals for this initiative.

What you will be working on

• Craft clear, engaging copy for digital platforms including micro-site content, electronic direct mailers, and landing pages • Transform complex career development concepts into easy-to-understand content • Create visually appealing infographics and other creative assets to complement written content • Develop storyboards and scripts for short career videos (Optional) • Collaborate with the Career Health team to understand career development frameworks and translate them into user-friendly content • Track content engagement metrics and suggest improvements based on data

What we are looking for

• Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related field of studies • Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences • Basic proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) • Basic video editing skills and experience with content management systems • Knowledge of SEO principles and user experience (UX) will be an advantage • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Creative mindset with an eye for visual design and details • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
