What the role is
What you will be working on
As Assistant Manager/ Manager/ Executive Manager in RSD, you will be involved in the following:
Conduct surveys and behavioural research to understand public behaviour and sentiments
Manage the planning and implementation of surveys/behavioural science experiments, from sampling, questionnaire design, fieldwork and data processing
Analyse collated data to derive insights and propose recommendations
Apply statistical techniques on datasets to derive deeper insights.
Provide statistical advice to internal stakeholders
Perform environment scanning on the latest sustainability and environmental trends
What we are looking for
The job might be for you if you possess the following qualities:
• Possess knowledge or experience in the fields of Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, and/or subjects with substantial quantitative
content (e.g., regression)
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to learn and apply relevant statistical and analytical tools (e.g. R, Python) and
techniques for data compilation and analysis
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrate a keen interest in environmental issues
• Able to work in a fast-paced and highly volatile environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at
the same time
