What the role is
What you will be working on
We are seeking an experienced Geospatial Senior Product Manager / Product Manager to join our Geospatial Division, which aims at spurring innovative geospatial systems and solutions. At LTA, you will be working on product roadmap for Geospatial Enterprise Management System (GEMS), Ignite (ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise portal and citizen development programme) and GIS-as-a-Service (GIS-a-a-S integration) with various system. The work will include:
• Align product roadmaps with strategic objectives and user needs.
• Lead business process review and service journey mapping.
• Drive product development from concept to launch.
• Conduct user testing and feedback loops.
• Manage change and stakeholder engagement.
• Evaluate product performance using data and user insights.
What we are looking for
•Knowledge in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
•User Research & Planning: Understanding user needs and dynamics to inform product positioning.
•Product Strategy & Roadmap: Defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, including prototyping and potential manpower savings and improved business process.
•Agile Delivery: Applying agile methodologies and tools to manage development cycles and ensure timely delivery.
•Go-to-User: Driving adoption through effective positioning and stakeholder engagement.
•Lifecycle Management: Overseeing product evolution, performance analysis, and iterative improvements
•Strong understanding of GIS technologies (e.g., ESRI ArcGIS suite of products, QGIS, PostGIS), spatial databases, and web mapping.
•Integration of GIS with workflow management system(s) such as ESRI Workflow manager, OutSystems, etc.
•Proven experience in GIS product management and/or geospatial systems development.
•Familiarity with agile methodologies, product management tools (e.g., Jira), and data visualization platforms.
•Ability to work collaboratively with diverse sakeholders and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
