What the role is
What you will be working on
You will develop, evaluate, review, and refine key programmes as identified by the Senior Management and work with Divisions to strengthen Family Justice Courts’ business processes and systems. You will also serve as Secretariat for Senior Management meetings between Family Justice Courts (FJC) and other key agencies, and support the Senior Management with the execution and roll-out of key strategic initiatives.
• Develop annual planning guidance and support the work planning process;
• Assist in corporate planning efforts to formulate, track and refine FJC's annual plans in alignment with strategic thrusts and organisational mission;
• Assist to strengthen internal business processes by benchmarking against recognised business and court excellence frameworks;
• Synthesise a broad range of information with an eye for detail, structuring and substantiating findings using both written and visual formats;
• Work on key programmes as directed by the senior management, ensuring alignment with strategic goals;
• Manage administrative support for senior management meetings, including brief preparation, workplan progress tracking, and decision documentation; and
• Support additional strategic and operational projects as required.
What we are looking for
• At least 3 years of relevant experience;
• Excellent presentation skills and writing skills;
• Sharp analytical skills, as well as a bent for strategic and innovative thinking;
• Self-motivated with a drive to excel and meet challenges;
• Good interpersonal skills and is able to work under pressure and in/across teams;
• Well-organised with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to deliver high quality work;
• Proficient in commonly used computer software such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel;
• Ability to use AI technology to improve processes and work is an advantage; and
• Possess the confidence and ability to facilitate discussion and exploration of issues by others.
The successful candidate will be appointed on a one-year probationary contract in the first instance.
