What the role is

You develop and implement a comprehensive digitalisation strategy that aligns with the organisation’s overall objectives while identifying emerging digital trends and business strategy to optimise digitalisation process and investments.

What you will be working on

- Develop digitalisation strategy - Evaluate digital projects - Prioritise based on Return On Investment (ROI) - Collaborate with business domains - Facilitate optimisation workshops - Track project developments - Monitor business outcomes - Implement change management Challenge(s) - Fostering a culture of continuous improvement by regularly refining digital processes - Staying informed about industry best practices

What we are looking for

- Education in Business, Finance, Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems, Information Resource Management or related field - At least 2 years of managerial and digital experience is preferred - Prior experience in Portfolio Management, Enterprise Strategic Planning, Performance Management, Enterprise Architecture or IT Management is advantageous - Proficiency in MS Office tools and data analytics tools (Power BI, Qlik Sense) - Good interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to foster continuous improvement culture (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
