What the role is

We are looking for someone to be the catalyst to transform our public transit spaces into vibrant spaces. In this role, you will drive and manage community partnerships, programmes and projects to transform our MRT stations and bus interchanges into lively, and welcoming community spaces. You’ll be at the forefront of curating meaningful engagements with a diverse range of stakeholders.

What you will be working on

- Forge and nurture partnerships with public agencies, arts institutions, schools, community groups, social enterprises, and key partners to champion station vibrancy initiatives across the public transport network

- Conceptualise, plan, execute and evaluate a diverse portfolio of placemaking activities and community engagement events that reflect local identity and enhance commuter experience.

- Drive ongoing and proactive engagement with a wide array of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless alignment of objectives, expectations, and execution plans for all projects.

- Manage project budgets, oversee procurement of goods & services, and manage external vendors. You will also be responsible for facilitating all necessary clearances ensuring strict compliance with security and regulation requirements of our MRT network.

- Proactively monitor, track, and analyse KPI for projects to ensure delivery of key outcomes and to identify areas for continuous improvement

What we are looking for

- Knowledge in relevant field such as Mass Communication, Arts Management, Events Management, and/or Design-related disciplines.

- Experience in partnership development, stakeholder engagement, marketing communication or placemaking initiatives.

- Strong project management skills with experience in cross-functional coordination and managing multiple projects concurrently.

- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and stakeholder engagement abilities with a proven capacity to build rapport and influence effectively.

- A self-starter who can lead and manage projects independently, proactively seeking solutions and insights to ensure that project timelines are met and deliverables achieved

The seniority of appointment and job title will be commensurate with individual work experience.

As part of the shortlisting process for the role, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and / or undergo further assessment.
