Job holder will be part of a team: 1) Handling requests for ICA's data 2) Processing and certifying entry/exit and conveyance records for Court use 3) Providing consultation to ICA work units/project teams who wish to acquire data from other government agencies

1) Process (including liaison with stakeholders) ad-hoc requests/enquiries for personal data/records, entry/exit and conveyance records, including preparing certified-true-copies of travel records for Court use. 2) Ensure that all sharing of personal data/records, entry/exit and conveyance records are lawful and in compliance with Government Instruction Manual/Financial Circular Mintues (IM/FCM), MHA's directives/policies and ICA's guidelines/framework for the release of personal data and travel records, and on data description/limitation and data classification. 3) Maintain proper records and compile monthly statistics of ad-hoc and bulk data requests received/processed. 4) Participate in projects that can facilitate, streamline or innovate data sharing processes. 5) Support SAD, AD and SOs in any administration matters for the team.
