· Good analytical, planning and project management skills; Minimum 6 years of project management experience in implementing Operational Technology (OT) or OT-ICT integration.
· Ability to work independently and as a good team player; good interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills for both internal/ external engagement
· Strong fundamentals and interest in science, technology and innovation; self-driven in keeping up with latest developments and willingness to challenge the norms
· Tertiary qualification in Engineering / Computer Science/ Information Technology or relevant disciplines required; candidates with deep expertise in the areas of robotics / automation, OT-ICT integration, drug detection should provide relevant references of past work in these areas for added consideration
In addition,
· Proven team leadership abilities; 3-5 years of experience managing a team of engineers and technical officers, with ability to manage and mentor a team comprising at least 3 direct or indirect reports
· Prior experience in master-planning, solutions architecting or equivalent high-level technology solutioning work would be considered advantageous.
All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
