What the role is

You will be part of the Parks Facilities Team that is responsible for the upkeep of the park facilities in public parks and supporting NParks’ energy management and environmental sustainability initiatives.

What you will be working on

Under our City in Nature vision, you will be responsible for the maintenance and inspection regimes, and initiating upgrading works for park facilities. Your work will also require deploying data analytics to monitor electricity consumption patterns, conduct energy reduction initiatives, and performing geotagging tasks for various park assets.
 

What we are looking for

•    Areas of study in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
•    Preferably with relevant work experience in Civil and/or Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works
•    In-depth knowledge of regulations and standards related to civil and M&E contracts and processes.
•    Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data management tools.
•    Enjoy working outdoors and conducting field work.
 
Only shortlisted candidates will be notified. Successful candidate will be placed on a 11-month employment contract.
