What the role is

In this role, you will be part of the Transformation & Organisation Development (T&OD) team, and will focus on a Transformation-related portfolio. The T&OD team works on change management, internal communications, staff engagement, innovation, transformation and corporate social responsibility. The jobholder is required to work with various internal stakeholders in transforming the way we work and engage staff, as well as external stakeholders, Public Service Division (PSD) and Ministry of Sustainability and Environment (MSE) to coordinate PUB’s transformation efforts.

What you will be working on

Your main roles and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following : i) Design multi-modal internal communication materials (e.g. EDMs, staff videos, staff bulletin, e-banners) to engage staff on PUB’s transformation journey ii) Play a change partner role in supporting transformation efforts through provision of tools, templates, framework and metrics to drive consistency of change management across programmes iii) Implement Public Service Transformation and organisational transformation initiatives through coordinated efforts with our parent ministry (i.e. Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment) and other government agencies (e.g. Public Service Division, Civil Service College) iv) Revamp and manage the intranet Transformation Portal that keep staff abreast of PUB’s transformation journey and how they can participate v) Review PUB’s transformation efforts by doing a stocktake against Public Service Transformation and MSE-family vi) Organise various communication events/forums for different levels of staff (e.g. townhalls, dialogues, leadership advances, surveys) vii) Design and facilitate OD-interventions across teams for the purpose of improving team and organisation performance viii) Use data insights to analyse trends and issues, and propose action plans or interventions to address/mitigate issues, identify opportunities or improve processes

What we are looking for

• Degree in the Social Sciences (preferably in the areas of Social Psychology, Organisation Psychology or Sociology), Business Management or equivalent. • At least 3-5 years of working experience, preferably in Organisational Development, transformation, innovation, or internal communications related roles. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken; including the ability and experience in engaging and managing both internal and external stakeholders • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking to distil insights from ambiguous / complex issues for the formulation of actionable solutions. • Resourceful, meticulous and able to work under tight deadlines independently and efficiently in a fast paced environment. • Knowledge in the use of Organisation Development and Change Management theories and tools, such as PROSCI and ADKAR, would be advantageous. • Additional experience and skills in graphic designing and video editing (via suite of Adobe related software), web-savvy and familiar with new media would be advantageous.
