What the role is
What you will be working on
Reporting to the team lead (Senior/Assistant Director), you will be part of the Operations Planning & Excellence (OPE) Branch that oversees the FLG’s workplan and transformation plans, in order to enhance customer experience, improve service delivery and programme effectiveness.
You will be a key member responsible for the digital transformation of the work across FLG divisions, improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the various programmes and initiatives within the Group. to deliver MSF’s strategic outcomes of encouraging marriage and parenthood, reducing marriage dissolution, and improving family resilience. The role involves the following:
• Conducting systems-level review and planning of FLG’s digital capabilities to optimise FLG services and programmes that involves both Ministry and Whole-of-Government (WOG) stakeholders.
• Identifying technological gaps and opportunities to improve service delivery and programme implementation to better serve families through all stages of life.
• Evaluating and addressing cross-cutting service gaps and enhance customer experience.
• Spearheading FLG’s workplan and transformation priorities and plans.
What we are looking for
To meet the challenges of this role, you should possess:
• At least 2 years of experience in the areas of policy, ops strategy or digital transformation work.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking, writing and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse issues from a strategic and systems perspective, while having a good grasp of details and processes.
• Good stakeholder engagement and management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
