What the role is
As a Senior Officer/ Manager, Communications and Engagement Planning in the Planning Office in the Communications & Engagement Group (CEG), you will be part of a dynamic team to develop and review the Communications & Engagement (C&E) policy and direction for CEG and MOE, ensuring alignment with the Whole of Government (WOG) direction, You will also have the opportunity to initiate and conduct experimentation projects where you would have the leeway to scope and lead a variety of independent projects, such as Behavioural Insights, data analytics, or narrative inquiry.
What you will be working on
• Oversee MOE's key narratives and messaging through foresight, trends and stakeholder analysis, to ensure ongoing relevance
• Develop and translate communications strategies and messages into work plans
• Explore new methods and tools to enhance capabilities in C&E efforts for internal and external stakeholders
• Strengthen MOE’s communications and engagement capabilities, explore new methods and tools to enhance capabilities for delivery of internal and external communications and engagement. These may involve interacting with MOE’s internal and external stakeholders, such as School Leaders, educators, parents, students and the general public
