What the role is

Description of Group – Rehabilitation and Protection Group (RPG) RPG provides services for the rehabilitation of adult and juvenile offenders and the protection of children and families. What you will be working on

Brief Description of Job scope: You will be part of the Corporate Services team, providing key administrative and corporate support to facilitate the Group's operations. You will oversee the administrative functions and support services within the Group, ensuring efficient operations that enable operational staff to focus on their core responsibilities. Your responsibilities include: a) Administrative and corporate functions • Manage onboarding and offboarding arrangements for staff • Carry out procurement requirements (e.g. office supplies, office equipment, maintenance contracts, etc.) • Manage mail services (e.g. postages, courier services, etc.) • Support the coordination of meetings and minute-taking • Lead/participate in projects to streamline administration processes • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (other government agencies) on related administrative matters and ensures compliance with various government circulars and directives • Maintain accurate related administrative records and databases b) Facilities & Assets management • Oversight of office space allocation • Procurement and maintenance of office equipment • Manage and maintain fixed assets and inventory c) Assist and support any other assignments

What we are looking for

Requirements: • Good command of spoken and written English • Possess strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills • Competent in Microsoft Office tools • Adaptable to evolving situations • Resourceful and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines • Initiative and possess a good work attitude with aptitude to learn. • Able to work independently while being a good team player.
