What the role is
The Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) is the regulatory and developmental agency for the early childhood sector in Singapore and oversees key aspects of children’s development below the age of seven across both kindergartens and child care centres.
Officially launched on 01 April 2013, ECDA is an autonomous agency jointly overseen by Ministry of Education (MOE) and Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) and is hosted under MSF.
We are looking for a responsible and self-driven individual to be part of the Operations Management Branch under the Transformation (TFN) department in the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA). The successful candidate will be involved in supporting operational excellence and service delivery improvements across preschool subsidy schemes to support families through affordable and quality preschool education.
What you will be working on
• Process and Policy Support: Support policy and system enhancements whilst managing documentation and identifying workflow improvements with Operations Administration teams.
• Training and Service Delivery: Develop and deliver training programmes to enhance service competencies of Operations Administration officers and contact agents, aiming to reduce operational feedback volume.
• Content and Knowledge Management: Review and maintain ECDA website content, AskGov materials, SOPs, guidelines, and subsidy repositories to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Communications: Manage mass communications, internal training delivery
• Innovation and Digital Transformation: Champion digital transformation initiatives, oversee technology implementations, evaluate emerging tools and platforms, and lead change management efforts to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
