You will be part of the Procurement Team in the Facilities Management & Corporate Services Department (FM&CS) under the Corporate Development Division (CDD). You will support and manage the entire spectrum of MSE’s procurement functions, including the use of GeBIZ System to facilitate sourcing and issuance of Purchase Orders.

What you will be working on

• Managing end-to-end procurement functions, including the use of the GeBIZ system to facilitate sourcing and purchase orders • Working closely with the project officers for all types of purchase such as construction, facilities management, information technology, and events management services • Undertaking analysis of the procurement patterns to streamline purchases • Conducting internal sharing and training on procurement best practices • Assisting with audit exercise and reviewing internal guidelines for governance and operational efficiency • Drive sustainability-related procurement practices within the Ministry.

What we are looking for

• Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret user needs and data insights. • Excellent written and verbal communication; with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively to internal and external stakeholders. • Preferably with 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience in procurement with knowledge in government procurement and GeBIZ system • Fresh graduates with strong interest in procurement are welcome to apply. • Strong Interpersonal and people management skills to engage and manage stakeholders. • Willingness to learn and take initiative. • Organised, meticulous and adept at multi-tasking under tight deadlines. • Driven and motivated self-starter, a strong team-player and results-oriented
