What the role is

The National Service Directorate (NSD) spearheads the development and implementation of NS policies while overseeing the comprehensive management of the Singapore Police Force (SPF) and the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) National Servicemen (NSFs and NSmen). The NS Communications and Engagement branch champions initiatives together with the NS community and our NS stakeholders that deepen the recognition, appreciation, and active engagement of SPF and SCDF National Servicemen, fostering a stronger sense of commitment to the Home Team.

What you will be working on

• Support planning and coordination of NS communications and engagement initiatives, such as the NS Engagement Masterplan and other NS milestones (e.g. NS60). • Assist in content curation (e.g. interviews, human interest stories, materials) vendor liaison and booth operations for Home Team Festival (HTF) 2026. • Provide administrative support for meetings, surveys, and stakeholder engagements. • Track project timelines, collate data, and prepare reports or presentations.

What we are looking for

• Good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. • Knowledge of National Service (NS) and Home Team context will be an advantage. Note: one-year temporary contract position
