What the role is
What you will be working on
- Operationalise the HR Shared Services model to deliver consistent and high-quality service to MINDEF employees
- Develop and review process maps and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the shared services functions
- Drive process review to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure service standards are consistently met
- Planning and coordinating the change management process and monitor progress.
- Manage relationships with diverse stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery
- Track and analyse data to identify key trends and areas for improvement
Challenge(s)
- Navigating the complexities of HR processes and systems to drive process improvement and automation
- Managing the diverse stakeholders who have competing priorities and needs
What we are looking for
- Education in Human Resource, Business Administration, Analytics or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR operations and systems, Business Process Review, and analytics is preferred
- Knowledge in Open Government Products (OGP) such as FormSG, Multi Respondent Form, Plumber etc, is advantageous
- Advanced Excel and database skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good stakeholder management skills and ability to manage change
