What the role is

You are responsible to plan and execute the delivery of HR Shared Services for MINDEF employees, as well as oversee the end-to-end handling of HR inquiries. You will oversee the delivery of high-quality service and drive process optimisation through digital tools and solutioning for greater efficiency.

What you will be working on

- Operationalise the HR Shared Services model to deliver consistent and high-quality service to MINDEF employees - Lead and manage the HR inquiry function using chatbot and digital tools - Ensure timely and accurate resolution of HR inquiries - Perform data analysis for query trend and reporting - Develop and maintain process maps and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) - Drive process review to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements - Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure service standards are consistently met - Manage relationships with diverse stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery. Challenge(s) - Navigating the complexities of HR processes and systems to drive process improvement and automation - Managing the diverse stakeholders who have competing priorities and needs - Assess and interpret HR policies accurately

What we are looking for

- Education in Human Resource, Business Administration, Analytics or a related field - At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR operations and systems, Business Process Review, ticketing systems/helpdesk tools, and analytics is preferred - Knowledge in Open Government Products (OGP) such as FormSG, Multi Respondent Form, Plumber etc, is advantageous - Microsoft Excel, reporting tools and database skills - Good communication, problem-solving and analytical skills - Good stakeholder management skills and ability to manage change (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
