What the role is
What you will be working on
- Design and implement Army-specific Leadership Development (LD) initiatives for WOSpecs
- Support development and operationalisation of Army LD Strategy
- Design and maintain Army WOSpecs Leadership Development Roadmap
- Support Army Command Effective Process
- Conduct Army LD and Command Preparation Courses
- Serve as Service LD point of contact for Army WOSpec Corps
- Establish linkages with various stakeholders to effectively translate and promulgate SAF and Army level leadership strategies and LD action plans
- Identify Army WOSpec-specific LD gaps and issues
Challenge(s)
- Staying current with evolving developments in Leadership Development
- Understanding changing demographical characteristics of Army WOSpecs
- Grasping complexities of leadership demands within WOSpec corps
What we are looking for
- At least 6 years of experience in training development-related appointments
- Understanding of business operations and data research
- Experience in developing and executing strategies
- Policy formulation and implementation skills
- Change management capabilities
- Strong partnering and stakeholder management abilities
- Project and initiative management experience
