What the role is

You manage a team that provides integrated employee essential services and MINDEF corporate services across the various MINDEF offices, leading IT support services in a one-stop service model to enhance employee experience.

What you will be working on

- Lead team managing employee and corporate IT services - Manage high transactional volume of service requests - Report on health status including case resolution rate and customer satisfaction - Engage stakeholders on continuous improvement initiatives - Oversee business process re-engineering and digitalisation projects - Provide senior management with financial assessments and advice - Collaborate across multiple MINDEF/SAF agencies - Deliver seamless IT support services Challenge(s) - Balancing governance requirements with customer satisfaction - Managing high volume transactional requests - Coordinating across multiple stakeholder agencies

What we are looking for

- Education in IT or a related discipline - At least 8 years of work experience in IT or service-related field - Experience in project and team management in supervisory role - Service-oriented mindset with keen interest in innovation and digitalisation - Strong interpersonal and communication skills Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
