You are responsible for the management and development of relevant tools, metrics and analysis of personnel data and feedback from the various Human Resource (HR) channels to support the proposals of the Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN) engagement strategies and improve retention across the military schemes [EOS (Enhanced Officer Scheme), EWOS (Enhanced Warrant Officer Scheme), and MDES (Military Domain Experts Scheme)] and various age groups.

What the role is
What you will be working on
- Analyse various sources of data to inform Engagement Branch’s retention strategies
- Assess usefulness and effectiveness of HR programmes to meet retention outcomes
- Analyse, classify and report Early Release (ER) reasons and profile of all military service personnel who have voluntarily resigned from RSN
- Operationalise the conduct of engagement surveys and focus group studies along with the analysis, classification and reporting of key insights gleaned
- Support in the development and implementation of various initiatives under the RSN Retention Framework
Challenge(s)
- Translating data insights into actionable retention strategies
What we are looking for
- Education in HR analytics, applied statistics or mathematics is preferred
- Relevant experience in HR is advantageous
