What the role is
What you will be working on
You will work on reviewing the various Financial and Operational Systems to streamline processes including licensing fees and bank reconciliation and undertake financial analysis on revenue management to support strategic decision-making. Your responsibilities include the following:
Revenue Management: Streamline processes relating to the Financial and Operational Systems. Work with business owners to review and consolidate various fees.
Process and System Review: Study the various licensing process and assess how the Financial System can support the tracking of licensing fees. Support business owners to drive on-going system implementation/enhancement projects.
Cash Management: Streamline bank reconciliation process.
Governance: Review revenue policies and procedures to ensure compliance to public sector financial rules and reporting standards. Preparation of audit schedules & financial reports and returns. Manage and support external and internal audits.
Financial Analysis: Provide revenue management insights through financial analysis and reporting. Provide advisory to business owners on revenue policies and processes.
Strategic Decision-Making: Identify trends and forecasting and areas for improvement in receivables cycle.
What we are looking for
Areas of study in Accountancy or other relevant professional qualifications.
Experience in handling financial operations, system management, process reviews.
Possess strong thinking and analysis skills, self-motivated and resourceful.
A good communicator and team player.
Strong time management, planning and organisation skills.
Attention to details and accuracy.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Power Automate.
Experience in Workday is preferred.
