What the role is

As the Senior Manager, Learning Partnership in Educational Technology (LPET) of the Educational Technology Division (ETD), you will be responsible for assisting in policy development and strategic oversight of the Personalised Digital Learning Programme (PDLP) across Secondary Schools and Junior Colleges/ Millenia Institute. This includes interpreting and analysing data from various sources to provide evidence-based recommendations for policy adjustments and programme improvements.

What you will be working on

• Lead and manage the implementation of educational technology (EdTech) infrastructure and resources in schools • Meet financial objectives for EdTech programmes such as forecasting cashflow for projects requirements, scheduling expenditures, proposed corrective actions and timely closure of project accounts • Analyse data to inform strategic policy shifts

What we are looking for

• Experience in formulating EdTech policy and demonstrated ability to manage EdTech transformation initiatives • Strong analytical capabilities with experience in data interpretation and policy development • Excellent stakeholder management skills including the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams • Demonstrate strategic thinking capabilities, and ability to translate technical insights into policy recommendations • Good understanding of Singapore’s educational technology landscape including experience in the use of EdTech in schools In general, applicants can expect to hear from us within 4 weeks from the close of the application window.
