As the Manager/ Senior Manager in the Schools Division Innovation Office (SDIO), you will be part of the team driving innovation across schools through data-informed insights and process improvements. You will work closely with schools and HQ divisions to develop scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support evidence-based decision-making for improved student outcomes.

What the role is
What you will be working on
• Engage schools in deep-dive reviews of administration processes across finance, procurement, HR, IT and facilities management to identify opportunities for streamlining, automation, and efficiency gains
• Evaluate and drive the development of data analytics and AI solutions to enhance capacity in schools and Schools Division for data-informed decision-making
• Lead the documentation and scaling of good practices, including developing implementation frameworks and monitoring the adoption of these practices
• Drive change management efforts in partnership with schools and HQ divisions, including adoption of emerging technological solutions
What we are looking for
• Strong project management skills with experience in process improvement
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Possess an analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and visualisation, including proficiency in data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI)
• Experience in school administration or public sector operations and/ or proven track record in change management and implementation would be an advantage
