As a (Senior/ Lead) Manager, Internal Audit in the Internal Audit Branch (IAB), you will play a key role in promoting effective internal controls and good corporate governance in operations and activities in schools, MOE Headquarters (HQ) and statutory boards.

• Develop plans and programmes for compliance and operational audits in schools, HQ and statutory boards • Review adequacy and effectiveness of internal control systems • Perform audits to ascertain compliance with prevailing policies and procedures • Prepare audit reports highlighting areas of risk or deficiency and provide recommendations for improvement

• Relevant training in Accountancy (e.g. Membership with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants) and at least 2 years of relevant experience in conducting operational or financial audits • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) qualifications would be preferred • Independent, self-motivated and pro-active individual • Possess excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills • Working knowledge of data analytics and visualisation tools would be an advantage In general, applicants can expect to hear from us within 4 weeks from the close of the application window.
