The jobholder will be part of a dynamic team which works in the nascent area of behavioural profiling and credibility assessment technologies.

The key responsibilities of the job holder are to: • Innovate, develop, and implement behavioural profiling technologies for the Home Team • Develop computer vision Proof-of-Concepts (POC) to detect observable behaviours • Perform AI modelling, training, inferencing based on video data • Integrate modalities such as physiological responses, voice stress and facial expressions • Design the User Interface for the POC • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of users to advance behavioural profiling technologies in the Home Team • Participate in technical conferences and author/co-author scientific publications

Candidates should possess: • A tertiary qualification in Computer Science or Computer Engineering • Strong interest in Computer Vision • Good knowledge of AI and Machine Learning • Candidates with no prior experiences are welcome to apply. Those with at least 5 years of relevant experience will be considered for senior positions. He / She should: • Have good interpersonal and communications skills for engagement with internal and external stakeholders • Be able to work independently and handle pressure well • Be a team player • Possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Be able to write and speak well * All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
