Temp Executive (6-month contract) - Strategic & Quality Development Department

You will be part of the Strategic & Quality Development Department to support the operations of new initiatives or existing projects at both strategic and operational levels of the Polytechnic. • Design and implement apps and automated workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate. • Support the creation and maintenance of databases for operational needs. • Provide logistics and coordination support for workshops and events. • Draft and prepare electronic direct mailers (EDMs) aligned with communication objectives. • Assist in scheduling, coordinating, and setting up meetings with stakeholders. • Undertakes other administrative duties as assigned.

• Relevant work experience with knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). • Strong communication skills. • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team. • Detail-oriented and adaptable in handling multiple tasks.
