What the role is
What you will be working on
(a) Formulating Strategies and Programmes as an Integrated Lifestyle Hub
• Support in formulating strategies and programmes to attract residents’ engagement, making HBB a focal integrated community hub.
•Foster strong partnerships and networks across stakeholders, civic and private organisations; identify and maximise opportunities for collaborations in creating vibrancy and bringing programmes into HBB.
•Support and work with external and internal stakeholders to plan and organize integrated community programmes, leveraging on the integrated facilities, catering to the diverse needs and interests of the residents to widen outreach.
(b) Developing Integrated Programmes and Fostering Partnerships
•Spark and Nurture community participation for a Caring and United Singapore.
•Drive collaborations and integrated programmes with co-located partners (CLPs). Work closely with CLPs to plan and execute community programmes.
•Support and co-create a HBB identity by driving joint programmes with CLPs to enhance synergy, optimise use of facilities and widen outreach/deepen engagement with residents and achieve greater community bonding.
•Develop and execute atrium programmes and activities to widen outreach and deepen engagement.
•Plan and implement Heartbeat@Bedok signature programmes/ integrated programmes/ ad hoc activities and workshops on weekdays and selected weekends, where needed.
•Monitor and provide support to other atrium programmes (spearheaded by external community partners), where needed.
•Support with half-yearly meetings with the Advisory Committee and Quarterly meetings with the Programme Committee to chart the direction and strengthen HBB’s identity.
(c) Support with Marketing and Communications Efforts
•Support in the planning, developing, and implementing marketing and communications efforts. Work with CLPs and partners to cross-amplify programmes/ events to enhance the vibrancy of HBB.
•Work with HBB’s appointed agency to publicise HBB programmes on social media platforms, along with new and possibly traditional media outlets
(d) Administration and Finance
•Provide administrative support related to programming, communication and marketing efforts.
•Support with the monitoring of Programming and Communications budgets for reporting to Senior Management, where needed.
What we are looking for
Shortlisted candidates will go through PA’s structured interview. Successful candidates will be given a 3-year contract.
