The Digital Transformation Engineer supports the Head (Transformation) in implementing HTX’s digital transformation initiatives. This role is essential in developing and deploying digital solutions using low-code platforms, dashboards and automation tools. The jobholder works directly with business units to co-create applications and workflows, enhancing operational efficiency and fostering a Digital and AI-first culture across the organisation.

• Design, develop, and maintain low-code applications. • Build and deploy intelligent virtual assistants and agents using Copilot Studio. • Develop and maintain dashboards to support strategic decision-making and performance tracking. • Implement and manage automation workflows to streamline business processes and reduce manual efforts. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Document solutions and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the organisation. • Create playbooks and SOPs on best practices for digitalisation, and run workshops to upskill others • Run programmes to build up a pool of power users and champions in digital skills and tools

• Programming experience (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or similar). • Familiarity with SQL tables and queries • Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with data tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI) and automation tools (e.g. UIPath, Power Automate) • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform tools, especially Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio • Familiarity with tools used by the Singapore Government (e.g. AIBots) will be preferred • Fast learner and takes initiative in learning new technologies. • Resourceful with strong problem-solving and communication skills. • Effective in communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and present digital solutions. • Able to document technical implementations and share knowledge within and outside of the team. • Familiarity with UI/UX and design thinking principles is preferred. • Experience in building business process flows and canvas apps is preferred. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
