What the role is
What you will be working on
Prepare online educational content on the technologies to share to all staff to promote staff awareness and engagement. Organise workshops to encourage staff participation in developing tech-enabled solutions for operational needs.
Implement training initiatives, including communicating training opportunities, gathering staff interest, coordinating with internal team and external training providers, securing availability and approvals, and handling course registration. Serve as the main point of contact for all training-related matters.
Coordinate and conduct in-house training sessions to reinforce tool usage and address feedback from staff
Facilitate staff access to tools and platforms. Work with administrative teams to ensure timely provisioning, resolve access issues and adherence to governance policies.
Track and evaluate training outcomes, maintain accurate training records and report progress to stakeholders.
Review organisational development needs with internal team and align training plans to ensure continued relevance and impact.
What we are looking for
Experience in Information Technology, Business Analytics or equivalent competencies will be preferred.
Familiarity with GIS, data analytics, and AI concepts (such as Prompt Engineering), and related common platforms and tools (e.g. ArcGIS Pro, Power BI, Qlik Sense, R, Python).
Ability to translate technical concepts into accessible learning materials.
Good communication and coordination skills
