What the role is

We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Manager/Deputy Manager to join us in our Financial Digital Services Division to oversee SAP system operations and drive AI-enabled innovations. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions as the role involves managing SAP support and enhancements, ensuring smooth business processes, and identifying opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) in financial processes to enhance efficiency and service delivery. You may also be involved in new system implementation and other new initiatives.

What you will be working on

SAP ERP System Support

1. Oversee SAP functional and technical support across modules mainly relating to Finance, ensuring smooth daily operations.

2. Manage system troubleshooting, incident resolution, and coordination with SAP consultants or vendors, to ensure they meet contractual obligations and deliver good customer experience.

3. Gather and analyse business requirements and identify suitable system or non-system solutions, considering the specific needs of various Finance divisions.
 

4. Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions that align with business objectives and adhere to best practices.

5. Develop project plans and timelines and review the costs for system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations and/or new system implementation.

6. Lead and manage end-to-end enhancement and upgrade lifecycles, including planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery.

7. Collaborate with stakeholders and end-users to provide training and support for system usage and functionalities.

AI Pilot Projects

1. Assist in building business cases and piloting AI solutions aligned with organizational strategy.

2. Collaborate with IT teams to develop finance-relevant AI models.

3. Analyse pilot results and recommend strategies for broader implementation.

What we are looking for

  • Knowledge in Accountancy, Finance, or Business IT.
     

  • Proven experience in business analysis or project management in SAP ERP system implementation and maintenance projects.
     

  • Good working knowledge of various finance functions such as Asset Accounting, Accounts Receivables & Payables and/or Financial Reporting.
     

  • Demonstrated ability to gather and analyse complex business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
     

  • Excellent project management, communication and presentation skills.
     

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
     

  • Knowledge of AI and machine learning applications in finance.
