What the role is

This role is required to develop, review and implement programme evaluation framework in the organisation to strengthen the feedback loop between resourcing and outcomes. There is also a need to support the transformation of the organisation through automation and digitalisation.

What you will be working on

• Conduct financial analysis to provide value-added insights for decision making and accelerate transformation • Analyse data through the use of appropriate analytical tools and techniques, such as simulation, forecasting, modelling, market research, benchmarking to uncover issues and propose solutions • Review and streamline processes through design and implementation of robotic process automation (RPA) • Identify opportunities for improvement through transforming, streamlining and digitalising processes • Develop, review and implement programme evaluation framework in MOM Family • Conduct evaluation of programmes, and monitor follow-up of recommendations and learning points • Build up programme evaluation capabilities in MOM • Present initiatives and outcomes to senior management

What we are looking for

• Knowledge in Accounting or Business Administration with at least two years of relevant experience in finance/budget-related areas is preferred • Experience in Government agencies/public organisations, with knowledge in public sector financing and governance is preferred • Experience in data analytics and RPA is advantageous • Possess critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills • Good interpersonal skills and able to engage and communicate with key stakeholders at all levels • Highly motivated with positive working attitude • Able to work independently and in a team PWDs are welcome to apply
