As a Call Centre & Prosecution Support Officer in the Investigation Support Centre, you play an important role in supporting the Traffic Police Investigation Branch by handling public queries, managing communications related to traffic investigation cases, and registering traffic accident/violation cases for prosecution in the State Court. You will report to the Unit Head and be responsible for: • Handling investigation-related phone call queries and requests, including accessing systems to extract necessary information from the database • Keeping proper records of all call information in a database • Following up to contact Investigation Officers or Supervisors when required • Filing charges and applications through the Integrated Criminal Case Filing and Management System (ICMS)

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic individual to be part of our Investigation Support Centre, as a Call Centre & Prosecution Support Officer. REQUIREMENTS • Relevant qualifications with relevant work experience • Good command of spoken and written English, while proficiency in at least one other commonly spoken language is a plus • Good time management and able to meet tight deadlines • Comfortable working in a multi-tasked and fast-paced environment • Possess service-oriented attributes • Able to work independently and at the same time, a good team player with strong interpersonal skills • Basic computer literacy, especially in Microsoft (MS) Operating System based computer and MS Office programs Short-listed candidates will be notified within two weeks after the closing date for applications.
