What you will be working on
In this role, you will be working on the rollout of interventions to support the integration of newcomers, including foreign professionals coming to work in Singapore. Through these interventions, we hope for newcomers to have a better appreciation of the values and norms that shape day-to-day life and living in Singapore, and to have opportunities to interact meaningfully with the local community.
Your responsibilities include:
• Programme Development: Developing e-content and experiential components for newcomers that meets our integration objectives. This includes engaging potential users to understand their needs and to seek feedback on prototypes.
• User Experience Design: Designing an intuitive and engaging user experience for newcomers as they go through the e-content and experiential components.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Coordination: Working with partner agencies and vendors to translate the desired user experience into platform design and ground operations.
• Project Management: Managing project timelines to ensure that the project deliverables are achieved.
