What the role is

The Website Content & Data Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of website content and digital records. This hands-on role involves managing content updates, validating information, and maintaining high-quality standards to support a seamless user experience. The position also provides opportunities to develop skills in data tracking, reporting, and analytics as part of operational growth.

What you will be working on

• Website Content Management: Upload, update, and maintain website content, including event listings, metadata, links, and other digital records, ensuring all information is accurate, consistent, and complete. • Content Validation & Quality Assurance: Review and verify content before publishing to maintain high standards and reliability of digital information. • Coordinate Content Requests: Gather update requests from internal teams and external partners, clarify requirements, prioritize tasks, and execute updates in the CMS. • Monitoring & Reporting: Track content updates, flag errors or inconsistencies, and report on content accuracy trends. • Continuous Improvement & Data Growth: Identify opportunities to improve content and operational processes. Gain exposure to data tracking, reporting, and analytics to support insights on website usage and content effectiveness. • Additional Responsibilities: Perform any other duties as assigned to support team and organizational goals.

What we are looking for

Experience: • 2–5 years of experience in website content management, digital operations, or a related role. Competencies: • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy in content updates. • Hands-on experience with content management systems (CMS) and digital record management. • Effective organizational skills to manage multiple updates and requests efficiently. • Strong communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external partners. • Interest in or exposure to data reporting, analytics, or operational insights is a plus.
