In tandem with economic and population growth, Singapore’s water demand is expected to almost double by 2065, with the bulk of the increase attributable to the non-domestic sector. Improving water efficiency for the non-domestic sector is key to ensuring long term water sustainability in Singapore. PUB’s Water Demand Management Non-Domestic team plays an important role in managing water demand by the non-domestic sectors. The team actively engages industrial and commercial customers to identify water saving opportunities and drive water conservation efforts, through both mandatory measures and facilitative approaches. To support companies to adopt water conservation measures, the team also administers the Water Efficiency Fund (WEF), which provides funding support to companies to carry out projects to enhance water efficiency. As part of the team, you will be required to:

• Analyse data trends and develop suitable roadmaps to increase water efficiency for industrial sectors • Review, propose and implement strategies to further water efficiency in the non-domestic sectors • Engage non-domestic customers to implement water efficiency projects • Manage water efficiency/ recycling projects funded by PUB • Manage and administer funding programmes • Process Water Efficiency Management Plan (MWEMP) submissions by non-domestic large water users • Work with stakeholders on various water conservation measures • Address customer feedback and queries

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering disciplines • Relevant industry experience in process operations, or water /wastewater treatment is preferred • Organised and meticulous • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines • Strong communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel Work Location Woodleigh Complex/non-shift
