What the role is
What you will be working on
This role focuses on procuring land for LTA projects, involving the planning, coordination, and management of land acquisition and securing of land for transport infrastructure projects. The position requires providing advice on land-related matters, budgeting, and ensuring alignment with regulatory policies and development guidelines.
Other job scope includes utilizing Geospatial Information Systems (GIS) to manage, analyze, and visualize spatial data related to land and infrastructure assets. This involves maintaining and updating land and geospatial databases, maps, and related documentation to ensure accuracy and currency.
The role also involves liaising with government agencies to resolve land-related matters, while supporting policy development through spatial analysis and land management strategies.
What we are looking for
- Knowledge in Real Estate, Land Management, Urban Planning, Geography, Geomatics, or a related discipline.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS) and spatial data analysis will be an advantage
- Experience with AutoCAD/Microstation software
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Prior experience in land management, planning, or public sector projects will be an advantage.
