What the role is

Job Scope / Key deliverables: The main scope of the Officer is to support operations in the Bureau, namely but not limited, to the following: • Chauffeuring HOD for his official commutes between meeting venues and office locations and vice versa including home pickups/drops-offs, when required. • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the official vehicle provided • Ensure that the official vehicle is in a serviceable condition and report any damage or defects immediately to Senior Executive, Logistics. • Willing to work on weekends, early mornings and after office hours, when required. • Transport equipment or supplies to various CNB off site offices • Other logistic functions and duties. • Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the immediate supervisor

What we are looking for

Requirements • Possess a valid class 3 driving license with a healthy driving record • Minimally 5 years of driving experience • Familiar with the traffic and road conditions in Singapore • Ability to use GPS and other navigational tools for efficient transporting • Familiarity with electric vehicles (e.g. charging procedures) We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified for the interview.
