What the role is
What you will be working on
The Bus Infrastructure Asset Steward, Operation & Management Division is responsible for the operations, maintenance and management of bus infrastructure, to ensure smooth bus operations and upkeep commuter experience.
You will be part of a dynamic asset steward team to spearhead efforts to administer and manage bus interchanges and depots under the bus contracting model. We are looking for a dynamic individual with strong communication and coordination skills to join our team.
You will play a key role in:
Driving bus infrastructure-related matters under Bus Contracting Model, from tender preparation to post-award transition and contract administration.
Managing bus interchange commercial and advertisement activities.
Driving bus infrastructure-related operational policies on use, operations and maintenance. This also includes developing strategies on asset management as part of LTA’s mandate to safeguard infrastructure.
Managing land-related licensing/ leasing matters, including occupation agreements.
What we are looking for
Knowledge in any discipline.
Preferably 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the bus industry, asset management or facility management.
Strong analytical, communication, writing and presentation skills with attention to details.
Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in liaising with stakeholders across all organisational levels.
Creative, hands-on individual with an excellent ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are also welcome to apply.
