The Home Team Scholarship Centre drives efforts to establish a strong employer brand and proposition for MHA careers and scholarships. The team aims to attract and develop talent in order to strengthen the Home Team leadership pipeline.

• Support the design work and adaptations for all Home Team Scholarship Centre publicity pieces • Work with Home Team Departments (HTDs) to ensure key messages and branding elements are reflected in the visuals for HTSC’s publicity efforts • Conceptualise and design visuals and content for careers, scholarships, sponsorships and internship publicity on various print and digital platforms including: o Social media (e.g. Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook) o Refreshing of online, print and out-of-home advertisements o Internal communications platforms (e.g. Internal newsletter and social media, Home Team News) o Relevant content on MHA’s website and collaterals (i.e. careers, scholarship, internship) o Post-treatment of photos/advertisements designed by vendors (BrightSparks, SPH, content creators etc.) o Photography and videography where required, as well as photo and video editing • Conceptualise and design essential materials for HTSC’s outreach and events for careers, scholarships, sponsorship and internships, including: o eDMs to schools and students o Materials for outreach (e.g. collaterals, banners, posters, slides, FAQ booklet, scholarship and sponsorship brochures) o Internship programmes o HT Scholars Vacation Attachment Programme • Other logistics and admin support for outreach and publicity

• Passionate about people, culture and public service • Demonstrates exceptional communication competency, both oral and written • Prior relevant experience in talent attraction related activities is a plus • Meticulous and thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Able to work independently and at the same time, a good team player with strong interpersonal skills
